We want to provide you an absolutely hassle-free shopping experience. We assure you that all the products we sell are brand new and have gone through a trusted quality checking process. In spite of our best efforts, in the odd instance when you get a defective or damaged or Not as Described product delivered, possible resolution could be replacement, exchange (for specific items like apparels) as the case may be.

Damaged Products

If an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' condition gets delivered, you may request a replacement. Call our Customer Care number -8928752286 or email us at support@dhyeycreations.com along with its picture within 24 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 24 hours from the time you received your order. Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers.

However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. If you receive damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on our stocks.

Replacement Products

All products are covered by a 10 Day Replacement Guarantee against above conditions. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, and fresh stocks not expected within a reasonable period of time, we will arrange the replacement once the stock is available.

Cancellation

How Do I Return An Item Purchased ?

Returns, for reasons explained elsewhere and for other genuine reasons, are made easy with the following steps:

- Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels and original packing along with the product for returning.s

- Contact us over phone no.- 8928752286(Customer Care Department) and provide Order ID details.

- Customer Care will confirm the return request.

Note:

- Number of days within which return can be initiated varies from product to product. You must contact us within the defined period to initiate the return.

- Clothing cannot be returned once the pack is open and the product used, for reasons of hygiene and unrevertability to factory fresh conditions.

- Customer Care will inform you about the Replacement process.

What If I Am Asked To Ship The Item?

Once you have requested for a replacement, please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Take specific care to include all price tags,labels, original packing along with the product.

- Please call our Customer Care Department immediately after shipping and give us the details of shipping. Replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you and found in agreeable condition on inspection.

When Will I Get My Replacement?

Once satisfied with the returned product’s condition, there placement product will be shipped immediately, subject to availability. You should receive it within the normal course of transit time to your location. If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

Do I Have To Return Any Free Gift, When I Return A Product?

The free gift is usually forms a part of the original product and needs to be returned along with the original product. However, you can retain the gift if you are opting for exchange of original product with the same product.

When Are Returns Not Possible?

We cannot accept returning products under following conditions:

- Return request is made outside the specified time frame

- Product in damaged condition due to use OR Product is found in different condition than when you received it

- Specific categories like inner wear when used, and any freebies

- Any consumable item which has been used even partly

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

Order Delivery

For India:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However,in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

International orders (Outside of India):

Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process takes time but the travel is quick. You can expect your package within 15 days from your order date. In some rare cases, any delays can be brought to our notice by emailing at support@dhyeycreations.com and we shall provide you with better information for your query.
